On September 23, Blue Lithium Core announced at the Shenzhen Stock Exchange that the company today reviewed and approved the investment proposal for the lithium battery project in Malaysia, and agreed to invest in the construction of the lithium battery project in Malaysia, with a total investment of $280 million and a new 10GWh cylindrical lithium battery manufacturing project. The capacity mainly serves customers in energy storage (portable, household, industrial), electric tools, intelligent travel, clean appliances and other application fields.
9月23日，蓝锂芯在深圳证券交易所宣布，公司今天审议通过了马来西亚锂电池项目投资提案，同意投资马来西亚锂电池建设项目，总投资2.8亿元$，新建10GWh圆柱锂电池制造项目。产能主要服务于储能(便携式、户侧、工业)、电动工具、智能出行、清洁电器等应用领域的客户。
Blue Lithium Core said in the announcement that after the completion of the project, it is expected that the annual capacity of lithium battery GWh will be 21/46/50, which will greatly improve the company's ability to supply products to overseas customers and lay a good foundation for the company's global industrial layout.
蓝锂芯在公告中表示，项目建成后，预计年产能为21/46/50的锂电池GWh，大大提高公司海外客户产品供应保障能力，为公司全球产业布局奠定良好基础。
Blue Lithium said that at present, the direct overseas export sales of the company's battery business have accounted for about 50%, and the overseas production capacity layout has become an urgent need for the company's future development.
蓝锂芯表示，目前公司电池业务直接海外出口销售已占50%左右，海外产能布局已成为公司未来发展的迫切需要。
The project is implemented by Blue Lithium Core, a new wholly-owned subsidiary in Malaysia. Blue Lithium Core plans to handle the funds needed for project investment through self raised funds.
该项目由马来西亚新的全资子公司蓝锂芯实施。蓝锂芯计划通过自筹资金处理项目投资所需资金。
