Bodies of five missing children found in east China
The bodies of five children who disappeared last week in Zhejiang have now been recovered.
The children's bodies were discovered in a reservoir about 500 meters from their home in Tiantai county.
It's not clear at this point how the children died.
Earlier Monday, police issued a reward for information about the missing children, who disappeared 5 days earlier while on their way to a friends village a kilometer away.

China's newly-crowned Olympic champion Zhou to be paid one million yuan
China's newly-crowned Olympic champion Zhou Yang might be paid a minimum of one million yuan, or about 140,000 US dollars of prize money.
It is the very first Olympic gold of the individual event for her hometown Jilin.
Zhou's townee, ping-pong player Wang Hao won a gold medal in the men's team event in the 2008 Beijing Olympics.
Wang got a prize of one million yuan and officials hinted that the premium for Zhou would be even more.

U.S. special envoy to visit Asia on nuclear issue in Korean Peninsula
U.S. special envoy Stephen Bosworth is to visit China, South Korea and Japan in hopes of reviving the stalled six-party talks on the Korean Peninsula nuclear issue.
Bosworth paid a visit to Pyongyang late last year, but failed to bring North Korea back to the six-party talks.
Meanwhile, South Korea's chief nuclear negotiator Wi Sung-lac is to visit China on Tuesday. U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton herself is to meet her South Korean counterpart in Washington later this week.

UK oil exploration firm starts Falklands drilling
A British oil exploration company says it began drilling near the Falkland Islands, a development that could worsen tensions between Britain and Argentina.
Desire Petroleum PLC said it started drilling for oil about 60 miles north of the disputed Falkland Islands, despite strong opposition from Argentina.
Argentina lost a seven-week war over the islands to Britain in 1982.

Suspected NY bomb plotter to plead guilty: source
An Afghan immigrant accused of plotting a bomb attack on New York City is expected to plead guilty.
The 24-year-old suspect, Najibullah Zazi, is being held without bail and had previously pleaded not guilty.
He was due to appear in Brooklyn federal court later on Monday.
At least four other suspects have been charged in connection with the case: Zazi's father, a New York City imam, and two of his high school classmates.

Swiss man freed in Libya as another heads to jail
One of two Swiss businessmen held in Libya for 19 months amid a diplomatic spat between the two states left for home on Monday as the second man emerged from his country's embassy to serve time in jail.
Rashid Hamdani travelled overland to neighboring Tunisia after coming out of the embassy, where the pair had taken shelter.
Max Goeldi, the other businessman, was driven by judicial police to a prison near Tripoli.
The pair have been caught in the bitter diplomatic row between Switzerland and Libya since the brief arrest in July 2008 of Hannibal Kadhafi, a son of Libyan leader Moamer Kadhafi, at a Geneva hotel with his wife.

2 key Taliban commanders detained in S. Afghanistan: Official
As a joint Afghan-NATO operation against Taliban militants in Marja district of southern Helmand province is in full swing, two key Taliban commanders have been arrested in neighboring Kandahar province.
Mullah Ramazan and Mullah Shikh led subversive activities in the western province of Herat.
The two are the latest in a string of Taliban arrests, which includes Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar the organization's second-in-command.

Lufthansa strike suspended, BA cabin crew join fray
Lufthansa pilots in Germany have agreed to suspend for two weeks a strike that grounded about 900 flights on Monday
Some 4,000 Lufthansa pilots took part in a stoppage on Monday that was meant to last for four days, leaving thousands of passengers around the world stranded, on concerns the company could try to cut staff costs by shifting jobs to foreign units.
In a hastily called court hearing, the pilots' union agreed late on Monday to suspend the strike until March 8 to give the deadlocked parties a chance to resume talks.

Morgan Stanley nears selling stake in Chinese bank
US bank Morgan Stanley is close to selling its 34 percent stake in China International Capital Corporation to US private equity firms Kohlberg Kravis Roberts and TPG Capital.
If viable, the deal will be worth one billion dollars.
China International Capital Corporation is a sovereign wealth fund.

BJH-biz: Hotel Prices Drop Sharply in Hainan
Hotel prices in Hainan Province, South China's hottest travel destination, have plummeted following the spring festival.
Yoee.com, a leading travel website, says hotel prices in Hainan have dropped to below 1,000 yuan for a single-night stay at a five-star hotel.
The price was more than 20,000 yuan a night before the holiday.
The cheapest room available in the most populous resort city Sanya was 18,400 yuan a night. The most expensive room was double that price.

Spending by Chinese tourists keep rising in South Korea: media
According to local media reports in South Korea, Chinese tourists are spending more and more money there during their visits.
Lotte Department Store, the country's largest retail chain store, saw sales from Chinese tourists grow from over 14 percent of the chain's entire Chinese and Japanese tourist sales in the first quarter of last year to some 47 percent in the last quarter.
